The site in which important event such as relocation of Provincial Office is in progress occupies key location of Gwangju in terms of history and culture. In order to acquire the role of the center of Asian culture in addition to it, the design pursues the concept of integrating the meaning of buildings in site and the concept of creating the place of Asian values as in a network context with freedom and equality.
